腰骶神经硬膜外药物注射封闭治疗功能性肛门直肠痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腰骶神经硬膜外药物注射封闭治疗功能性肛门直肠痛的临床效果。方法抽取至我院就诊的功能性肛门直肠痛患者120例(2016年1月~2017年1月),依照随机数字表法进行分组,其中一组采取黛力新口服,另外一组采取腰骶神经硬膜外药物注射封闭治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组患者的简氏Mc Gill疼痛问卷与不良情绪评分均明显优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组各个维度评分均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对功能性肛门直肠痛患者采取腰骶神经硬膜外药物注射封闭治疗方案便于改善不良情绪,缓解疼痛感,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lumbosacral nerve epidural injection closure in the treatment of functional anorectal pain.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with functional anorectal pain were selected from our hospital(January 2016 to January 2017).They were grouped according to the random number table.One group was treated with deanxit orally,the other group was treated with epidural drug injection and blocking of lumbosacral nerve.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the Jane's McGill pain questionnaire and bad mood score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of functional anorectal pain patients with epidural drug injection closure of lumbosacral nerve is convenient to improve bad mood,relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
