摘 要:为实现可变环境温度以及可变燃油温度喷雾特性的试验研究,设计并且制备了一种具有较大调节范围和较高调节精度的环境温度控制系统和燃油温度控制系统,为深入研究不同环境气体温度和燃油温度对喷雾的影响奠定了基础。此外,为保证喷射系统的可靠性,基于Multisim模拟设计并优化了喷油器单次喷射控制系统,基于单片机系统和开关电源模块实现脉宽可调的喷射控制系统,满足了实验研究的要求。The environmental temperature control system and fuel temperature control system with larger adjustment range and higher regulation accuracy were designed and prepared to realize the experiment of spray characteristics with variable ambient gas temperature and fuel temperature.This laid the foundation for an in-depth study of the impact of different ambient gas temperature and fuel temperature on the spray.In addition,to guarantee the reliability of the injection system,a single injection control system of the injector was designed and made.This system took use of simulation to verify its reliability,and proved to meet the requirements of the experiment.
