摘 要:为了实现电动机在加工工件时的快速停止,达到彻底制动的目的,通过对常规的只对电路进行改进,采用能耗加反接制动,实现了电动机快速能耗制动,但控制电路线路、电机运行时通常故障也是常见的,怎样通过现象及时排除故障,是实践教学和电机控制故障排除非常重要的环节,文章通过控制线路图分析,总结维修排故经验,运用分部排除法,实现了能耗制动的Y-△降压起动控制、排故,实践证明该该方法方法简单可行,有一定的实践推广价值[1]In order to realize the rapid stop of the motor when processing the workpiece and to achieve complete braking,conventional circuit is improved,the energy-saving and reverse braking is adopted,and the rapid and energy-saving braking of the motor is achieved.But in the circuit control and the operation of motors,the failure is common.It is a very important link for practical teaching and motor control troubleshooting to eliminate faults through phenomena.The article analyzes the control circuit diagrams,summarizes the experience of repair and troubleshooting,and applies the division elimination method.The Y-△step-down starting control and troubleshooting of the energy consumption braking are realized.The practice proves that the method is simple and feasible,and has certain practical promotion value.
