摘　　要：在蒸汽品质要求不高且蒸汽量较少的余热锅炉设计中,综合考虑整体结构的经济性和合理性,本文提出一种新型自带蒸发空间的管壳式余热锅炉,余热锅炉挠性薄管板的设计是典型的非标设计,本文先对挠性管板无支撑区域设置最佳的直拉杆布置方案,通过有限元分析方法来验证布置方案的合理性。The paper proposes a new shell and tube heat boiler with vapor space on the conditions of low quality and less amount of vapor.The flexible tube sheet design is typical of non-standard design.Best straight rod layout scheme are setted for unsupported areas of its flexible tube sheet to solve local problem of excessive bending stress and then finite element analysis methods are used to verify the scheme of straight rod layout援
