摘  要:针对港口储罐区特大安全事故的风险因素,比较相关风险因素的危险性大小,根据三类危险源理论和环境敏感性,对港口储罐区特大安全事故的危险源和风险因素进行对比,建立AHP评价模型,经过专家打分和计算,得到相关因素的权重大小。层次分析的结果表明,危险性较大的危险源和危险因素依次为:应急体系设计不科学,与生活区距离近,人员技能培训缺失,人员操作失误及与航道距离近。In order to study the risk factors of the large-scale safety accident in port storage tank area and compare the hazard size of relative risks,the risk sources and risk factors of large-sized safety accidents were analyzed based on three kinds of hazard source theory and environmental sensitivity.According to the analysis results,the AHP evaluation model was established,and the weight of relevant factors was obtained by expert scoring and rigorous,scientific calculation.The AHP results indicated that the third kind of hazard is the most important one,and then the environmental sensitivity,the second type of hazard source,the first type of hazard source.The dangerous sources and risk factors of greater risk are:the design of emergency system is unscientific,the distance from the living area is close,the personnel skill training is missing,the personnel operation error,and the channel distance is near.
