摘　　要：从心脏康复与运动训练、高强度间歇训练(HIIT)的运动处方、HIIT对心血管疾病病人心脏康复的作用以及HIIT的安全性与依从性等方面进行综述,旨在加强医护人员对HIIT的了解,推进心脏康复运动处方在国内的进一步推广。The aspects of cardiac rehabilitation and exercise training,exercise prescription of high intensity interval training(HIIT),the effect of HIIT on cardiac rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular disease,and the safety and compliance of HIIT were reviewed.The aim was to strengthen the understanding of medical HIIT staff on and promote the further promotion of cardiac rehabilitation exercise prescription in China.
