摘　　要：[目的]构建ICU重症病人早期运动整合照护体系。[方法]通过国内外重症病人早期运动相关文献的系统回顾及分析,在江苏省65所医院重症医学科早期运动现状调查的基础上,运用德尔菲法结合优序图法及层次分析法构建指标体系,并确定各级指标权重。[结果]建立ICU重症病人早期运动整合照护体系,包括7个模块、22个条目、73项条目内容(策略)。[结论]ICU重症病人早期运动整合照护体系具有较高的信度及可靠性,可以为重症病人早期运动的临床实践及管理提供参考依据。Objective:To construct an early exercise integrated care system for ICU severe patients.Methods:Through the systematic review and analysis of the early exercise related literatures of severe patients at home and abroad,based on the status quo of the status quo of early exercise in ICU of 65 hospitals in Jiangsu Province,the index system was constructed by combining Delphi method with the method of optimal sequence diagram and analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of the indexes at all levels was determined.Results:The early exercise integrated care system for ICU severe patients was established,including 7 modules,22 entries,and 73 entry content(strategy).Conclusions:ICU early exercise integrated care system for severe patients had high reliability and reliability,which could provide a reference for early exercise practice and management of severe patients.
