中医安神护理对中风后抑郁病人不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中医安神护理对中风后抑郁病人不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响。[方法]将96例中风后抑郁病人根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各48例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组病人实施中医安神护理,分别于干预前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、脑卒中影响量表(SIS)对两组病人不良情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量进行评价。[结果]观察组病人干预后HAMD评分、HAMA评分、PSQI总评分及各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后SIS总评分及各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医安神护理能有效改善中风后抑郁病人不良情绪,改善病人睡眠质量,提高病人生活质量。Objective:To probe into the influence of traditional Chinese medicine tranquilizing nursing on bad mood and sleep quality of patients with post stroke depression.Methods:A total of 96 patients with post stroke depression were divided into observation group and control group by using random number table,48 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing intervention.The patients in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine tranquilizing nursing.Before and after the intervention,the two groups of patients’bad mood,sleep quality and quality of life were evaluated by using Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Stroke impact scale(SIS).Results:After the intervention,the HAMD score,HAMA score,PSQI total score and the scores of each dimensions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the total SIS score and the scores of each dimension in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine tranquilizing nursing could effectively improve the bad mood of patients with post stroke depression,improve their sleep quality and improve their quality of life.
