摘　　要：结直肠癌行永久性肠造口术病人因为术后造口带来的问题使病人面临巨大的心理压力,认为造口治疗师或造口专科护士应为造口病人提供生理、心理和社会等多方面的支持和帮助,促进病人身心全面康复。The patients with colorectal cancer who underwent permanent enterostomy because of the problems caused by postoperative stoma made the patients faced great psychological pressure.It was considered that stoma therapists or stoma specialist nurses should provide physiological,psychological and social support and help for patients with stoma,in order to promote the patients’comprehensive physical and mental rehabilitation.
