摘　　要：文章主要针对山西农垦农业组织化现状进性分析,指出存在的问题,有针对性的提出相应的主要途径,提升农垦在全省农业生产经营中的地位和示范带动作用。This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the present situation of agricultural organization in Shanxi Province,and points out the existing problems,put forward the corresponding main ways to improve the status and demonstration of agriculture in agricultural production and operation in the whole province.
