摘　　要：本文以"临床药师在院内疑难病例会诊"作为开展临床药学服务的工作切入点,结合临床病例资料进行深入探讨,分析开展全面的临床药学服务工作的方法与体会,以期为临床药师参与临床实践提供参考,帮助临床药师在不断探索中完善临床工作。This paper takes“clinic pharmacist in the consultation of difficult cases in the hospital”as the breakthrough point of clinical pharmacy service,combining with clinical case data,to explore the methods and experience of carrying out comprehensive clinical pharmacy service work.It is expected to provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical practice and help clinical pharmacists to improve clinical work in continuous exploration.
