公立医院医疗服务价格水平的对比研究

摘　　要：以骨/关节、胸部、眼睛三部位包含的手术项目为样本,比较我国江苏省和新加坡公立医院的医疗服务价格。结果显示:新加坡的医疗服务价格普遍高于江苏省,且较低级别的手术项目价格比差距较大。因此建议政府和市场两方面对我国我国医疗服务价格进行合理调增,尤其是级别较低的手术项目价格。To compare the price of medical service in public hospitals between Chinese Jiangsu province and Singapore,we took operation items in bone/joint,chest and eye as the sample.The results showed that the price of medical services in Singapore was generally higher than that in Jiangsu Province,the gap was especially bigger in the low-level surgeries.Therefore,we suggested that the price of medical services in China can be increased reasonably from both the government and market aspects,especially for the low-level surgeries.
