摘　　要：运用SWOT分析方法,对环巢湖国家旅游休闲区体育旅游产品开发所具有的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇、挑战进行分析.研究认为,环巢湖国家旅游休闲区体育旅游产品开发的主要优势是具有丰富的体育旅游自然与人文资源,优越的区域地理位置;劣势是体育旅游产品结构单一,缺乏特色,体育旅游资源分布零散,缺乏整合;面临的机遇是拥有良好的政策环境,体育旅游市场不断壮大;面临的挑战是市场需求提出更高要求,相邻省份优势项目的竞争与压力.阐述了环巢湖国家旅游休闲区体育产品开发的如下策略:整合区域体育旅游资源,开发多样体育旅游产品;关注目标市场选择,开发个性体育旅游产品;加强区域旅游合作,实现资源共享;培养体育旅游专门人才,提高服务质量等.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of sports tourism product development are listed in The National Tourism and Leisure Area around Chaohu Lake in the SWOT analysis.The main advantages are the rich natural and humanistic resources of sports tourism and the superior regional geographical location.The disadvantages are the single structure of the sports tourism products,the lack of characteristics,the scattered distribution of sports tourism resources and the lack of integration.The opportunities are a good policy environment and the growing market of sports tourism.The challenges are more market demands and competition and pressure of the advantageous projects from neighboring provinces.This paper expounds relative strategies including integrating regional sports tourism resources,developing various sports tourism products,paying attention to the choice of target market,developing individual tourism products,strengthening regional cooperation,realizing resource sharing,training special talents in sports tourism and improving service quality and so on.
