不同品种牡丹叶表皮微形态特征的研究

摘　　要：利用光学显微镜对8个牡丹品种的叶表皮微形态特征进行了观察和分析.其结果表明,牡丹品种叶下表皮细胞为不规则型,垂周壁式样为浅波纹至深波纹形,气孔器为椭圆形.8种牡丹品种的气孔特征指标差异较大,其中气孔数目、气孔指数最多的是魏紫.从变异系数看,气孔数目变异系数最大,而气孔长轴和短轴的变异系数较小.在一定程度上对分析牡丹各品种之间的遗传关系和抗逆性能力上提供了形态学方面的依据.The leaf epidermis micromorphological characteristics of 8 peony cultivars are observed and analyzed by optical microscope.The results show that the cells on the lower epidermis of peony leaf are irregular,the vertical wall type is from shallow to deep wavy,and the stomatal apparatus is elliptical.The stomatal characteristics of the 8 peony varieties are different,and Weizi has the largest stomata number and index.The variation coefficient of stomata number is the largest,while that of the long and short axis of the stomata is smaller.To a certain extent,this research provides a morphological basis for analyzing the genetic relationship and resistance ability of peony varieties.
