摘 要:以目标设置理论为指导,选取安徽外国语学院足球选项课的210名男生为研究对象,为期16周,从身体机能、技战术、参赛状态量化指标上,检验学生自定、教师学生共定目标量化教学对足球课内外技能习得的影响.结果表明:共定目标量化教学方式能有效激发男子课内外学习足球的动机,全面促进男子足球技战术的掌握,是提高男子校园足球教学效果的重要手段.Guided by the theory of goal setting,210 boys are selected from Anhui Foreign Languages University to test the influence of teaching targets of students’self-setting and co-setting with teachers on acquisition of skills in and out of men’s football classes in 16 weeks,from quantitative indicators of body function,skills and tactics,and competition status.The results show that the co-quantitative teaching method can effectively stimulate the motivation of the men to learn football in and out of the class,and promote skills and tactics in an all-round way.It is an important means to improve the teaching effect of men's football.
