摘　　要：介绍了一种发电厂定子吊装专用工具,该工具配合"劳辛格"液压提升装置提升定子,利用发电厂的桥机将定子平移就位。该工具组合简单、安装方便、结构刚度高,用ANSYS Workbench软件对专用工具中的各梁进行有限元分析,各梁的最大应力均小于材料许用应力,强度满足使用要求,可在实际工程中推广应用。A set of special tool for hoisting generator stator is introduced.It can be used with the Loxic hydraulic lifting device to lift stator,and shift the stator into place with the help of power plant bridge machine.The special tool has the advantages of simple combination,convenient installation and high structural rigidity.ANSYS Workbench software is used for the finite element analysis of each beam in the special tool.The maximum stress of each beam should be less than that of the material allowable stress and the intensity should meet the request for utilization.The application can be promoted in practical engineering project.
