国家体育公共产品供给模式比较与启示

摘　　要：体育公共产品供给主体主要体现在政府和市场两个方面。不同的国家、不同的社会发展程度,政府和市场供给所起的作用各不相同,发达国家在市场化方面更加完善。我国的体育公共产品供给主要是政府主导模式,也是我国社会主义制度优越性的体现。政府主导与市场主导的供给模式各有利弊,在市场经济发展中,我国体育公共产品供给在体现"举国体制"制度优势的同时也要强化市场要素的参与,根据国情与不同体育项目,采取适宜的供给模式。Public sports products(PSP)are mainly supplied by government and the market,the proportion of which is determined by countries and the degree of social development.Compared with developed countries with more mature market,PSP in China are primarily provided by government.Based on the literature on PSP supply in developed countries,this article,combining the general idea with several theories of PSP supply,discusses the existing typical supply modes in developed countries,analyzes what reflection these modes can give to China,and then explores the way that China’s PSP supply mode can take.
