摘　　要：为贯彻落实党的十九大关于"形成军民融合深度发展格局"要求,本文从必要性和可行性入手,归纳总结主要国家军民融合多元化资金支持体系构建中的经验与教训,剖析当前我国军民融合资金支持体系转型的重点和难点,并结合我国实际情况,以实现"富国和强军相统一"为目标,提出具有中国特色的"3456"多元化资金支持体系,即实施"三步走"策略、培育四大主体、拓宽五大渠道、完善六大保障机制。In order to implement the requirements of“achieving greater military-civilian integration”by the 19th National Congress of CPC,this article begins its research with the necessity and feasibility,summarizes experiences and lessons learned from the construction of diversified financial support system for the military-civilian integration in major countries,and then analyzes the key and difficult points of the transformation of the financial support system for the military-civilian integration in China.In order to“ensure the efforts to make our country prosperous and efforts to make our military strong go hand in hand”,this paper further proposes a“3456”diversified financial support system with Chinese characteristics based on the current situation of China with the following four aspects:implementing the“three-step”strategy,fostering the creation of four main bodies,expanding five major channels,and improving six safeguard mechanisms.
