摘  要:基于目前的生产化水平的提高,诸多既有工业厂房生产工艺的升级,厂房内生产振动对厂房地面、排架柱及相邻结构产生的动应力和动力疲劳不容忽视,影响厂房结构的安全承载和正常使用.运用常规检测方法,结合实测锻锤近源硬化场地的振动响应和部分排架柱柱体的振动响应,分析评价了厂房的各项检测项目,其中包括锻锤振动对场地的影响、排架柱的疲劳验算,对既有工业厂房的安全性检测鉴定具有重要的现实意义.Based on the improvement of the current level of production,the upgrading of production processes in many existing industrial plants,the dynamic stress and dynamic fatigue caused by the production vibration in the plants on the plant floor,bent columns and adjacent structures cannot be ignored,which will affect the safe carrying and normal use of structure of the plants.In this paper,using conventional detection method,combining with the vibration response of near-hardened site of the measured forging hammer and part of the columns,various inspecting items in the plants are analyzed and evaluated,including the impact of hammer vibration on the site and column fatigue checking,which are of practical significance to the safety inspection and identification of existing industrial plants.
