双镜联合治疗2型糖尿病并肝外胆管结石的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜、胆道镜(双镜)联合治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法根据治疗方案不同将120例2型糖尿病并肝外胆管结石患者分为2组,每组60例。对照组接受传统开腹手术,观察组接受双镜联合手术。比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组切口长度、术中出血量、术后下地活动时间、术后并发症发生率及住院时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开腹手术比较,双镜联合手术治疗2型糖尿病并肝外胆管结石,损伤小、并发症少、患者术后康复快。Objective To explore the clinical effect of double mirror combined operation for type 2 diabetes and choledocholithiasis.Methods Totally 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with extrahepatic bile duct calculi were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional laparotomy and the observation group received double mirror combined operation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The length of incision,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the time of floor movement,the incidence of postoperative complications and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional open surgery,the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with extrahepatic bile duct calculi were treated with double mirror combined surgery,with less injury and less complications.The patients recovered quickly after operation.
