摘　　要：通过查阅文献,结合医院从2014年1月至2017年5月实施的共611例远程会诊以及2017年2月至5月组织的32例疑难罕见病多学科会诊的数据,回顾性分析目前医院远程会诊及门诊疑难罕见病会诊的现状和管理问题,探讨改进措施,进一步完善会诊制度和流程,提升服务质量;加强信息化建设,提高工作效率;改善患者就医体验,提高患者满意度。Through consulting the literature,combined with the data of 611 remote consultation conducted from January 2014 to May 2017,and 32 cases of rare diseases,which were organized from February to may,2017,retrospective analysis of the present situation and management problems of remote consultation and diagnosis of rare diseases in the hospital are made to explore the measures for improving the consultation system and procedures for service quality;strengthening informatization construction and improving working efficiency,patient’s medical experience and their satisfaction degree.
