摘　　要：目的依据美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)文件C28-A3,建立该院血清S100β蛋白水平健康人群的参考区间。方法选择207例不同年龄分布的健康男女,使用Cobas e601分析仪及配套Elecsys S100试剂盒测定血清S100β蛋白水平。分别采用基于数据的参数拟合法及非参数有放回的抽样方法(Bootstrap法)估计参考区间。结果 (1)未见S100β蛋白水平受性别和年龄因素的影响(P>0.05),故合并性别和年龄后整体分析;(2)S100β蛋白水平不符合正态分布的规律,但以10为底对数转换后,符合正态分布;(3)参考区间的估计:基于数据的参数拟合法,其97.5%值分别为0.126 6μg/L(数据未转换)和0.126 5μg/L(经对数转换),基于非参数法,其97.5%值分别为0.125 8μg/L(数据未转换)和0.125 7μg/L(经对数转换)。结论该院S100β蛋白水平医学参考区间的建立,为其常规应用于临床实践活动奠定了基础。Objective To establish the reference interval of serum level of protein S100β(S100β),based on local healthy population,according to CLSI C28-A3,developed through the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute consensus process.Methods A total of 207 healthy subjects were enrolled,Roche Combas e601 analyzer and Elecsys S100 kits were used,for the detection of serum S100βlevel.The non-parametric and parametric procedures were used for the ascertainment of reference interval.Results Neither significant difference in serum S100βlevel between male and female(P>0.05),nor significant correlation between S100βlevel and age was observed(P>0.05),so data of different genders and ages were combined and analyzed as a whole;the observed S100βvalues were highly skewed,but after log transform,it followed normal distribution;estimation of reference interval:based on parametric method,the 97.5 percentile was 0.126 6(original observed values)and 0.126 5μg/L(log transform),and based on the non-parametric method,the 97.5 percentile was 0.125 8(original observed values)and 0.125 7μg/L(log transform),respectively.Conclusion The establishment of reference interval of serum S100βprotein level,has laid a foundation for its routinely clinical use.
