摘 要:为研究矿用圆环链工作中两链环间摩擦力的大小及其造成的能量损失,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的接触动力学模块,仿真分析圆环链在正常运行、瞬间空载启动和卡链工况下的链环间等效应力及摩擦力,通过张力测试实验分析摩擦力作用下的能量损耗。结果表明:在三种工况下,链环间的摩擦力大小均随载荷上升而增大。当链环之间产生冲击作用时,其摩擦力可达稳定运行状态时的2.7倍。空载工况下链环间摩擦力耗能占阻力耗能的23.8%。该研究对提高电动机工作效率和减少磨损具有重要的价值。This paper deals with the magnitude of friction between two mine-purpose round-link chains and the resulting energy loss.The research underscores the simulation and analysis of the equivalent stress and friction between chains under the three conditions,such as normal operation,instantaneous no load start-up,and chain blocked case,using the contact dynamics module of ANSYS/LS-DYNA software;and analysis of the energy loss due to friction force via tension test experiment.The results show that the three conditions are accompanied by an increase in the friction force between chains due to the increase of the load,in which case an impact occurring between the chain rings produces 2.7 times the friction force of the stable operation.The experiment proves that the energy consumption resulting from the friction between the chain rings under no-load operation is 23.8%of resistance energy consumption.The study is of great value to improve the efficiency and wear of the motor.
