摘  要:采用一步法合成二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,通过UV-vis、XRD、FT-IR和1H NMR进行检测和表征,揭示其微观结构和内在规律性。UV-vis检测出二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌最大吸收为波长260.2 nm,为液相色谱检测纯度提供了基础实验数据。XRD从晶胞参数、晶面指数等晶体学数据变换出二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌晶体微观结构,完成了物相组成和结构的定性鉴定。FT-IR揭示了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌内部的化学键键型,为确定其分子结构提供了实验依据。通过1H NMR检测,得到二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌上氢原子数目为20,分子中各个氢核对应所归属的吸收峰,与其分子式中的氢原子数目吻合。Zinc diethyldithiocarbamate(ZDC)was synthesized by one-step method and characterized by UV-vis、XRD、FT-IR、1 H NMR to reveal micro-structure and intrinsic regularity.UV-vis showed that the maximum absorption of ZDC was 260.2 nm,which provided basic experimental data for purity testing by liquid chromatography.ZDC phase composition and structure were revealed by crystallographic data from XRD detecting such as cell parameters,crystal face index.Chemical bond types in ZDC molecule were revealed by FT-IR,which provided experimental data for determining the molecular structure of ZDC.There were 20 hydrogen atoms in ZDC molecule,which was consistent with their formulas detected by 1 H NMR.The absorption peaks were corresponded with the number of hydrogen atomic nucleus in their molecules.
