摘  要:将来源和石油类浓度均不同的水样酸化处理后(p H<2),以气流内循环为动力萃取3min,红外分光光度法测定水中的石油类,平行5次测定结果显示其相对标准偏差为0.8%~6.6%,加标回收率为91.3%~106.7%,能够满足石油类检测质量控制要求。实践证明气流内循环法具有萃取效果好和工作效率高的特点,可优化环保部标准中规定的石油类萃取工艺,适用大批量水样石油类的检测,在环境监测领域具有良好应用价值。After acidification treatment(pH<2),water samples with different sources and petroleum concentration has been extracted 3min by internal circulation extraction method.Petroleum concentration of extract was determined by infrared spectrophotometry in this study.Quantities of data show that the relative standard deviations were between 0.8%and 6.6%,and the recovery rate of the added standard were between 91.3%and 106.7%,which satsfied the quality control of petroleum determination.Practice has proved that internal circulation extraction method has the characteristics of high extraction efficiency and high efficiency.It can optimize the petroleum extraction process specified in the Ministry of environmental protection standard.The internal circulation extraction method is suitable for petroleum determination of large quantities of water samples,and has application value in the field of environmental monitoring.
