摘　　要：樊粹庭先生是著名的豫剧改革家,也是豫剧剧作家、戏剧导演,其在戏剧导演领域是一位锐意开拓的先行者。樊粹庭戏剧导演理念形成的原因:一是中国戏曲及传统文化底蕴为其戏剧导演理念的形成提供了能量和源泉;二是时代意识的影响和启示,奠定了其豫剧发展变革中"民众戏剧"观念的基础;三是人生境遇、内心情感潜移默化的影响。Mr Fan Cuiting is known as the reform of Henan drama as well as a dramatist and drama di-rector.And in the field of drama director,he also is the pioneer of having clear consciousness and ex-panding on the art director.There are three reasons for the formation of the philosophy of the Fan's dra-ma director:firstly,the deep penetration of Chinese traditional culture has accumulated sufficient nutrients and energy for the art of the opera director.Secondly,the touching of the era consciousness and the im-pact of emerging drama have laid the foundation for the concept of the Henan drama"public drama",which learned to grasp the self,self innovation,self-improvement,to find their own development path;Fi-nally,the potential influence of life situation and personal feelings revealed Mr.Fan's understanding of life and the speculation of the world.
