摘　　要：通过对某腈纶装置现有纺丝油剂添加过程中的工艺条件及设备现状进行分析,找出了影响油剂单耗的因素,并有针对性的提出了相应的改进措施,优化了生产控制,实现了装置降低油剂单耗的目的。Analysis was made to the process condition and equipment status quo in the process of addition of existing spinning oil agent,the influencing factors of unit consumption of the oil agent were found out,and the relevant improvement measures were proposed,the production control was optimized,and the goal of reducing unit consumption of oiling agent of the plant was realized.
