摘　　要：终止罐作为聚合装置的关键设备,通过充分均匀搅拌聚合物浆液和Na OH溶液,以实现聚合反应的快速终止。对终止罐搅拌轴密封进行合理改造,可有效的解决其密封失效问题,消除丙烯腈等易挥发物质沿搅拌轴密封的扩散,实现了装置的长周期运行。The termination tank is a key device to the polymerization unit.Fully uniform mixing of the polymer slurry and 2%concentration of NaOH can achieve the rapid termination of polymerization.The reasonable modification to the stirring shaft seal of the termination tank can effectively solve the problem of its seal failure,eliminate diffusion of the volatile materials such as acrylonitrile along the stirring shaft seal and realize the long period operation of the plant.
