疣毒净栓剂优化方案治疗阴道尖锐湿疣的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药疣毒净栓剂联合西医综合疗法治疗阴道尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的92例阴道内尖锐湿疣患者按随机的原则分为两组,每组均46例,对照组先后进行二氧化碳激光术、氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合疣毒净栓剂治疗,观察两组患者二氧化碳激光治疗后皮损愈合时间及治疗后3个月的复发率。结果:治疗组术后术口愈合时间明显较对照组短,其复发率亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疣毒净栓配合西医综合疗法将西医疗法进行了优化,能更好地抑制尖锐湿疣的复发,值得推广应用。Objectives:To explore the curative effect of the combination of Chinese medicine youdujing suppository combined with western medicine in the treatment of condyloma acuminata of vagina.Methods:92 female patients with genital condyloma acuminatum were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group randomly.After warts bodies were removed,both groups received 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy at different time.Youdujing suppository was applied by vagina in treatment group.The wound healing time and recurrence of two groups were compared in three months respectively.Results:The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of Western medicine has been optimized by the combination of youdujing,which can better inhibit the recurrence of condyloma acuminata,and it is worth popularizing.
