消化内镜清洗刷刷洗内镜活检管道次数对管道清洗质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过对清洗刷刷洗内镜检查及治疗后活检管道次数对内镜清洗质量的研究,得出清洗刷刷洗内镜管道的次数/遍数,从而为保障内镜活检管道的清洗质量提供循证依据。方法:选取150条内镜,其中胃镜(75条)和肠镜(75条)随机分为3组,应用钢制-塑料刷头的清洗刷刷洗胃镜和结肠镜活检管道,分别采取刷洗1次、3次、5次的次数刷洗,每次刷洗的时间为5s,刷洗的水温在35℃~38℃。对内镜活检管道刷洗之后,对管道进行细菌采样,之后抛开活检管道在显微镜下进行观察,查看生物膜的程度。结果:钢制-塑料刷头的清洗刷刷洗3次后,内镜活检管道在细菌采样菌落数、内壁生物膜数量,均明显优于刷洗1次,P<0.01。但与刷洗5次结果没有差别,P>0.05。结论:胃镜和结肠镜活检管道清洗刷采用钢丝-塑料刷头,刷洗时间5s,水温35~38℃,刷洗内镜活检管道3次最为适宜。Objective:To ensure the quality of endoscopic biopsy pipeline to provide evidence through the biopsy channel of cleaning brush to wash after endoscopic examination and treatment times on the research quality of endoscopic cleaning,the cleaning brush to wash the number/endoscopic pipeline times.Methods:150 endoscopic gastroscope,including(75)and(75)colonoscopy were randomly divided into 3 groups,cleaning brush application of steel-plastic brush head wash endoscopy and colonoscopy biopsy pipeline,respectively take brushing times 1 times,3 times,5 times of brushing,brushing each time for 5 second,brushing the water temperature at 35 DEG-38 deg.After scrubbing the endoscopic biopsy pipe,the pipe was sampled and then the biopsy pipe was thrown under the microscope to see the extent of the biofilm.Results:Cleaning brush steel-plastic brush head washed 3 times after endoscopic biopsy in the bacterial colonies,pipeline biofilm quantity,were significantly better than brushing 1 times,P<0.01.But there was no difference between the 5 times of scrubbing,p>0.05.Conclusion:the cleaning brush used for gastroscopy and colonoscopy biopsy is 5 times steel wire plastic brush,35 seconds-38,and 3 times for the endoscopic biopsy tube.The cleaning brush of gastroscopy and colonoscope biopsy pipe used steel wire-plastic brush head,brushing time 5 seconds,water temperature 35-38 C,and brushing endoscopic biopsy pipe 3 times.
