运动干预对维持性血液透析患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨运动干预对维持性血液透析患者的影响。方法将2016年1月至2017年6月80例维持性血液透析患者按数字表法随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组透析过程中给予透析常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予运动干预,持续3个月。比较两组患者干预3个月时尿素清除指数(Kt/V)、尿素下降率(URR)、残余肾功能(RRF)和血压状况。结果干预3个月后,观察组Kt/V,RRF,URR均优于对照组,观察组收缩压和舒张压均值均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析过程中运动干预可以提高血液透析充分性,提升透析效果,改善透析低血压。Objective To explore the effect of exercise intervention applied to patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 80 cases of patients who received maintenance hemodialysis from January 2016 to June 2017,randomly and equally divided them into control group and observation group according to random number table.The control group was given regular nursing in the process of dialysis,while the observation group was given exercise intervention based on the regular nursing,lasting for 3 months.To compare two group’the urea clearance index(Kt/V),urea reduction ratio(URR),the residual renal function(RRF),and blood pressure condition at the time of three months.Results After the 3 months of intervention,observation group’Kt/V,RRF,URR were all superior to the control group,and the mean value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise intervention in the process of hemodialysis can improve the sufficiency of hemodialysis,improve dialysis effect,and improve dialysis hypotension.
