围手术期精细化护理对游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修复甲床缺损患者负面情绪及疼痛水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究围手术期精细化护理对游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修复甲床缺损患者负面情绪及疼痛水平的影响。方法选择我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修复甲床缺损患者88例,采用随机数字法将所有患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予围手术期精细化护理。比较两组患者的疼痛、舒适度、护理满意度评分,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分,同时比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组,且观察组的舒适度评分、护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期精细化护理对游离移植第二趾趾甲瓣修复甲床缺损患者具有良好的应用效果,能够改善患者疼痛,缓解患者不良情绪,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the influence of perioperative fine nursing on patient’s negative emotion and pain level when they received free transplantation of second toe nail flap for repairing nail bed defects.Methods To select 88 cases of nail bed defects in the second transplanted toe nail flap from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital.All patients were equally divided into control group and observation group by random number method.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group was given perioperative fine care.The pain,comfort and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.The incidence of complications was also compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the comfort score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative fine care has good effect on the repair of nail defect in patients with free transplanting second toe nail flap.It can improve the patient’s pain and alleviate the bad mood of the patient.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
