摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期临床护理中的应用效果。方法将2014年4月至2017年4月在我院接受妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的60例患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者术后康复效果。结果观察组患者术后首次下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者护理中,可使患者心理状态得到有效改善,提高术后总体康复效果。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing applied to gynecological laparoscopic operation patients in perioperative clinical care.Methods From April 2014 to April 2017,to select 60 patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital,randomly and equally divided them into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given a comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect of postoperative rehabilitation was compared between the two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,the time of the first time for leaving bed to go outside,the first anus exhaust time,and the length of stay were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group patients after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the psychological status and improve the overall rehabilitation effect.
