摘 要:目的探讨多形式宣教对肺癌患者自我管理状态与生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2017年9月我院诊治的76例肺癌患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规健康宣教干预,观察组则进行多形式宣教干预。比较两组患者干预前后不同时间的自我管理状态及生存质量评分。结果干预前两组患者的自我管理状态及生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组的自我管理状态及生存质量评分持续改善,且观察组的两方面评分均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多形式宣教可明显地改善肺癌患者的自我管理状态与生存质量,在肺癌患者中的应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effects of multi-form education on self-management status and quality of life of patients with lung cancer.Methods To selected a total of 76 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to September 2017 as subjects,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group conducted routine health education interventions,while the observation group conducted multiple forms of education intervention.The self-management status and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant statistical difference in self-management status and quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The self-management status and quality of life scores of the two groups continued to improve after the intervention,and both scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-form education can significantly improve the self-management status and quality of life of lung cancer patients.It has a higher application value in lung cancer patients.
