摘 要:目的研究手术室定期沉降菌检测对指导手术室清洁消毒程序的优化作用,为加强医院感染的管理提供一定的参考。方法应用仪器采样与细菌培养的方法,对不同级别的10间手术室检测沉降菌的变化、温湿度、静压差等。其中5间手术室按照日常工作模式为对照组,另5间手术室作为观察组(严格限制人员出入及开关门次数),检测手术进程中不同时段的沉降菌数量。结果本研究在2017年3,6,9,12月间检测的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级手术共49台次。49台手术沉降菌合格率为67.21%,静压差合格率为71.43%,相对湿度合格率为76.19%,温度合格率为72.22%。观察组手术室在手术开始前30 min以及缝合时空气沉降菌合格情况优于对照组(P<0.05),手术中切皮时两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术中定期检测沉降菌、静压差、温湿度等指标可指导医护人员了解手术室内空气状态,严格控制手术室人员出入及开关门次数可增加沉降菌合格率。Objective To analyze the optimized function of regular sedimentary bacterial monitoring on the guidance of cleaning and disinfection program in operating room,provide a certain reference on strengthen the management of hospital infection.Methods Using instrumental sampling and bacterial cultivation methods,the changes in sedimentation bacteria,temperature and humidity,and static pressure difference were measured in 10 operating rooms of different grades.Among them,5 operating rooms were set as the control group according to the daily work pattern,and the other 5 operating rooms were set as observation group(strictly restricting the times of personnel entry and exit as well as the times of opening and closing the door)to detect the number of sedimentation bacteria in different stages during the operation.Results In this study,there were 49 table-times in I II and III surgeries performed in March,June,September and December 2017.The qualified rate of 49 surgical sedimentation bacteria was 67.21%,the qualified rate of static pressure difference was 71.43%,the qualified rate of relative humidity was 76.19%,and the qualified rate of temperature was 72.22%.In the observation group,the qualified situation of the air sedimentation bacteria in the operating room were better than the control group at 30 minutes before the start of surgery and at the time of suturing(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the surgery on skin incision(P>0.05).Conclusion Regular inspection of sedimentation bacteria,static pressure difference,and temperature and humidity indicators during surgery can guide the medical staff to understand the air condition in the operating room.Strictly controlling the times of personnel entry and exit as well as times of opening and closing of the door,the qualified rate of sedimentation bacteria can be increased.
