摘  要:目的探讨手术室低体温全程前瞻性管理在胃肠手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1—6月于我院行胃肠手术干预的病例86例做为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组胃肠手术患者接受常规手术室低体温管理,试验组接受手术室低体温全程前瞻管理,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组胃肠手术患者干预后的状低体温发生率、并发症发生率及各项应激反应指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用手术室低体温全程前瞻管理对胃肠手术患者行围术期低体温预防干预,可获得较为理想的低体温预防效果,降低患者应激反应程度,提高手术安全性。Objective To explore the application effect of whole proactive management in gastrointestinal surgery patients with hypothermia in operating rooms.Methods To select a total of 86 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgical intervention in our hospital from January to June of 2017 as study subjects,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the control group received routine hypothermia management of operating room,and patients in the experimental group received whole proactive management for hypothermia in operating room.All of the observed indicators of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the incidence of hypothermia,incidence of complications,and various stress responses in the gastrointestinal surgery patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using hypothermia proactive management of operating room to perform perioperative hypothermia prevention intervention for gastrointestinal surgery patients can obtain ideal hypothermia prevention effect,reduce the degree of stress response and improve the safety of surgery.
