摘　　要：目的探讨护理专案在提高外来手术器械灭菌质量中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月我院组建护理专案小组,通过现状和要因分析,确立"降低外来手术器械无菌一次检验不合格率"为活动主题,结合科室现状将专案改善目标定为无菌一次检验不合格率<1%,拟定对策并实施。结果外来手术器械无菌一次检验不合格率由9.81%下降至0.78%。结论针对外来手术器械开展护理专案改善活动,规范外来手术器械的管理,可以提高其灭菌质量。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing project in improving sterilization quality of external surgical instruments.Methods Our hospital created a nursing project group in January 2016,through analyzing current situation and causal factor,established the theme of"reduced the disqualification rate of the first sterility testing for external surgical instruments",combined with department current situation to set the improved goal of project as first sterility testing disqualified rate<1%,studied out measure and performed it.Results The first sterility testing disqualified rate of external surgical instruments fell from 9.81%to 0.78%.Conclusion The nursing improved activity aiming at external surgical instruments,regulation management of external surgical instruments,can improve the quality of sterilization.
