摘 要:利用弹性力学知识,分析推导了单、双层套管-地层完备系统力学模型计算公式。华北油田某井场实例计算中,用Matlab软件求解出了具体问题的数值解并绘制出了单、双层套管-地层完备系统应力变化曲线。对比3种不同套管-地层完备系统应力变化的特征,发现套管各个接触面上径向应力连续,周向应力不连续,其中,双层套管中间环为液体的地层完备系统,径向应力变化更加平缓,在双层套管中将中间环改为液体可以预防套管损失变形。这些研究将为以后探究套管-地层完备系统,合理地进行井身套管结构强度设计提供有力的理论依据。The knowledge of elasticity mechanics is used to analyze and deduce the calculation formula for a mechanical model for single and double casing-strata complete system.In the case of field calculation in Huabei Oilfield,Matlab Software is used to solve the numerical solution of specific problems and draw the stress curves for the single and double casing-strata complete system.By the comparison of the stress variations among three different casing-strata complete systems,it is found out that the radial stress is continuous and the circumferential stress is discontinuous on the contact surface of the casing,in which the radial stress is changed more gently in the double casing-strata complete system with liquid in the middle ring.Based on the analysis result,it is proposed that the middle ring of the double casing is replaced with liquid could that can prevent casing failure and deformation.It provides a powerful theoretical basis for studying the casing-strata complete system and reasonable design for the strength of the casing structure.
