摘　　要：以催化合成己酸异戊酯为探针反应,探究了以SnCl_4、Ti(SO_4)_2制得SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-SnO_2的条件,当焙烧温度为500℃、n(TiO_2)∶n(Sn O_2)=2∶1、H_2SO_4浸渍浓度为0.75mol/L时制得的催化剂催化效果较佳,并对SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-SnO_2进行了电镜扫描、红外和XRD等表征分析。探索SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-SnO_2催化合成己酸异戊酯的最佳制备条件。通过正交实验得到了己酸异戊酯的优化合成条件:n1(异戊醇):n2(己酸)为1∶1.5,催化剂用量0.50g,反应时间2.0h,酯化率达到91.32%。Catalytic synthesis of isoamyl hexanoate as a probe reaction,the optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the calcination temperature 500℃,n(TiO2)∶n(SnO2),=2.0∶1.0 and H2SO4 was 0.75mol/L,SO42-/TiO2-SnO2 was characterized by XRD,SEM and IR.The result showed that the catalytic performance of SO42-/TiO2-SnO2 catalyst was good.The synthetic technology of isopentyl hexanoate from isoamyl alcohol and caproic acid was studied by using SO42-/TiO2-SnO2 solid super acid as catalyzation.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:mole ratio of isoamyl alcohol to caproic acid was 1.0∶1.5,the catalyst dosage was 0.50g,esterification time 2.0h.The yield of esterification was 91.32%.
