中药贴片经皮给药辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎200例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:本次研究主要分析本院对支气管肺炎患儿采用中药贴片经皮给药辅助治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法:本次研究范围限定在本院2013-2016年收治的支气管肺炎患儿当中,研究样本需求量为200例,采用随机盲选法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿采用中药贴片经皮给药辅助治疗,将两组患儿治疗后的肺部干湿性啰音、发热、刺激性咳嗽、气急等症状缓解情况以及不良反应发生情况、治疗总有效率作为对比依据。结果:(1)观察组患儿肺部干湿性啰音、发热、刺激性咳嗽、气急等发生指标均低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);(2)观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);(3)观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:本次研究证明,对支气管肺炎患儿采用中药贴片经皮给药辅助治疗,有利于提高患儿临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,保证治疗安全性,值得作为临床首选治疗方法推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical safety and efficacy of TCM medicine patch on bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods:200 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine treatment.The observation group was treated with TCM medicine patch.The lung dry and wet sound,fever,irritating cough,shortness of breath,adverse reactions and total effective rate after treatment were compared.Results:The indexes of lung dryness,fever,irritating cough and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine patch on children with bronchial pneumonia is beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,ensure the safety of treatment,and is worthy of promotion.
