掀针治疗脑瘫儿童尖足的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨掀针治疗对脑瘫儿童尖足步态的影响。方法:将2014年12月-2016年12月在我院收治的96例1~3岁脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各48例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用掀针,取穴解溪、昆仑、太溪穴,对照组采用常规治疗。两组在治疗3个疗程后,采用足背屈角测量、综合痉挛量表进行康复评定。结果:3个疗程后观察组足背屈角测量及CSS评分优于对照组。结论:腕踝针可改善痉挛型CP患儿尖足步态,改善踝关节活动度及痉挛程度。Objective:To explore effects of acupuncture on CP with tiptoe in children.Method:96 children of 1 to 3 years old with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,48 cases in each.The control group was treated by the routine treatment.The observation group was treated by acupuncture at the point of Xiexi(解溪穴),Kunlun(昆仑穴)and Taixi(太溪穴)more.The score of composite spasticity scale and foot dorsiflexion angle in two groups were compared after 3 courses.Results:The foot dorsiflexion angle and CSS score in the observation group were better than the control group after treatment.Conclusion:The wrist-ankle needle on the CP children with tiptoe can improve gait and the degree of ankle joint mobility and cramps.
