小儿过敏性紫癜的中医治疗思路及护理方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过小儿过敏性紫癜的中医治疗思路及护理观察,探讨其在小儿过敏性紫癜临床康复中的作用。方法:选取198例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各99例,所有患者均进行对症治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗和护理,观察组采用耳穴压豆联合中药口服、熏洗。结果:观察组临床康复效果明显,住院时间缩短,疗效显著高于对照组,有效率达98.9%,且无不良反应,对照组为87.8%。观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿过敏性紫癜的中医治疗思路及护理方法应用可加快紫癜的消退,防止其反复发作,促进小儿过敏性紫癜康复,缩短疗程,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the effects of TCM treatment and nursing on rehabilitation of pediatric allergic purpura in clinic.Methods:198 cases were randomly divided into the nursing observation group and control group,99 cases in each.All patients were treated by symptomatic treatment.The control group received the conventional western medicine and nursing methods.The nursing observation group received ear beans-press,oral medicine and fumigation.Results:The clinical effects of rehabilitation in the nursing observation group was obviously,with shorter hospitalization time.The curative efficiency in the nursing observation group was 98.9%,and better than 87.8%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the nursing observation group.Conclusion:TCM treatment and nursing on pediatric allergic purpura can accelerate the fading of purpura,prevent from the recurrence,promote rehabilitation,shorten the period of treatment and reduce the complications.
