三黄肿痛膏外敷对七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨三黄肿痛膏外敷治疗七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1-12月在我院神经外科使用七叶皂苷钠注射液导致静脉炎的患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组49例和对照组49例。观察组采用我院自制的三黄肿痛膏外用涂于患处,对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷,两组均以7d为一个疗程,治疗第1、3、5天及疗程结束时评估患者的局部治疗效果及VAS疼痛评分。结果:在三黄肿痛膏外敷治疗的第1、3、5天及1个疗程结束时,观察组和对照组患者局部改善的总体有效率分别为47%、73%、86%、92%及12%、57%、69%、78%;在同一观察时间点,观察组的总有效率均要明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义;观察组和对照组患者治疗的第1、3、5天及1个疗程治疗结束时的VAS疼痛评分分别为(4.15±1.12)、(3.18±1.34)、(1.24±0.72)、(0.82±0.32)分和(4.42±1.56)、(4.01±1.25)、(3.11±1.03)、(2.02±0.86)分,两组在治疗第1天VAS评分差异无统计学意义,第3、5天及1个疗程治疗结束时的VAS评分差异均具有统计学意义。结论:三黄肿痛膏较50%硫酸镁能更有效治愈七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎,更早减轻患者痛苦。Objective:To investigate the effect of the Sanhuan Zhongtong ointment(三黄肿痛膏)on phlebitis induced by sodium aescinate.Methods:98 patients were divided into the observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)by random number table.The observation group was treated with the Sanhuan Zhongtong ointment.The control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulphate,7 days as a course.The effect and VAS scores in the 1st,3rd,5th days and the end of treatment were evaluated.Results:In the 1st,3rd,5th days and the end of a course,the total efficiency of local improvement were 47%,73%,86%,92%in the observation group,and 12%,57%,69%and 78%in the control group respectively.At the same time point,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group;the differences were statistically significant.In the 1st,3rd,5th days and the end of a course,the VAS scores was(4.15±1.12),(3.18±1.34),(1.24±0.72),(0.82±0.32)in the observation group,and(4.42±1.56),(4.01±1.25),(3.11±1.03)and(2.02±0.86)in the control group respectively;there was no significant difference in VAS score between groups in the first day;the differences of VAS scores in the 3rd,5th days and the end of a course between groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:The Sanhuang Zhongtong ointment on phlebitis caused by sodium aescinate shows a more effect than 50%magnesium sulphate,can reduce patient pain earlier.
