加味小陷胸汤联合三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热证Hp相关性胃病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味小陷胸汤联合三联疗法治疗脾胃湿热证Hp相关性胃病的临床疗效。方法:釆用随机与对照的方法,选取脾胃湿热证Hp相关性胃病病例100例,观察治疗前后两组患者的各种指标改变。结果:使用加味小陷胸汤联合三联疗法进行治疗患者的疾病症状与对照组相比具有明显的变化,通过13C呼气试验发现观察组的病情比对照组好,且两组之间具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味小陷胸汤联合三联疗法对脾胃湿热证Hp相关性胃病疗效满意,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiaoxianxiong decoction(小陷胸汤)plus triple therapy on Hprelated gastropathy of the Piwei Shire symptom(脾胃湿热证).Methods:Various of indicators in 100 cases were observed before and after treatment.Results:The symptoms in the treatment were more improved.The 13C breath test found that symptoms in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaoxianxiong decoction plus triple therapy on Hp-related gastropathy of the Piwei Shire symptom is effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
