空心钉张力带与克氏针张力带治疗老年性髌骨骨折的效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探析在治疗老年性髌骨骨折中分别给予空心钉张力带与克氏针张力带的临床效果。方法:选择2013年8月-2017年2月本院接收的156例老年性髌骨骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组76例采用克氏针张力带内固定,实验组80例采用空心钉张力带内固定。观察两组手术时间、骨折愈合时间以及膝关节功能(HSS)评分优良率。结果:两组手术时间对比无明显差异,P>0.05,不具统计学意义。实验组骨折愈合时间与HSS评分优良率明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:空心钉张力带内固定对治疗老年性髌骨骨折有显著的治疗效果,能够促进骨折愈合,改善患者膝关节功能,值得在临床医学中应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the tension band with cannulated nails and Kirschner needles on senile patellar fracture.Methods:156 cases of senile patellar fracture from August 2008 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups.76 cases in the control group were treated by the tension band fixation with Kirschner needles.80 cases in the experimental group were treated by tension band fixation with cannulated nails.Time of operation and fracture healing,and the good rate of the score of HSS were observed.Results:Time of operation in the two groups was not significant different,P>0.05.Time of fracture healing,and the excellent and good rate of score of HSS in the experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tension band internal fixation with cannulated nails on senile patellar fracture is effective significantly,can effectively promote fracture healing,improve patient knee function,and is worthy of application in clinic.
