摘　　要：为了能对提高甘肃各市州科技创新效率提供科技决策依据,选取2010—2012年甘肃14个市州科技投入及产出指标,运用DEA(数据包络分析)模型评价科技创新效率水平,探讨科技创新效率及空间结构演变过程。结果显示:2010—2012年,大部分市州达到了综合效率最优,平均综合效率均达到了最优水平的90%以上;DEA有效市州为兰州、金昌、张掖、临夏;甘肃科技创新效率在空间上明显由中部辐射至四周。应运用区域经济发展中的点轴扩散理论,加速形成"酒泉-兰州-天水"科技创新发展纽带。In order to provide decision-making basis to improve scientific and technological innovation efficiency of Gansu,input and output index of science and technology of 14 cities and autonomous prefectures of Gansu from 2010 to 2012 were selected,DEA(data envelopment analysis)model was used to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation efficiency level,and scientific and technological innovation efficiency as well as spatial structure evolution process were explored.The results show that,most cities and autonomous prefectures reached the optimal comprehensive efficiency,with the average comprehensive efficiency reaching above 90%of the optimal level;DEA effective cities and autonomous prefectures are Lanzhou,Jinchang,Zhangye,Linxia;in the aspect of spatial distribution,scientific and technological innovation efficiency clearly radiated from the center to the surrounding.Pole-axis diffusion theory in the regional economic development shall be used to accelerate the formation of scientific and technological innovation development belt of Jiuquan-Lanzhou-Tianshui.
