摘　　要：法洛四联症是常见先天性心脏病。在婴幼儿行法洛四联症根治术后易出现各种急性并发症,如急性肾功能不全。腹膜透析是很好的根治方法。本文就法洛四联症根治术后腹膜透析指征、方法及并发症和预防进行总结。Tetralogy of Fallot is the most common congenital heart disease.All kinds of acute complications are easy to occur after radical operation of tetralogy of Fallot in infants and young children,such as acute renal insufficiency.Peritoneal dialysis is a good method of radical cure.In this paper,the indications,methods,complications and prevention of peritoneal dialysis after radical TOF radical operation are summarized.
