神经内镜下血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者60例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内镜下血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:收治高血压脑出血患者60例。所有患者均在神经内镜下行血肿清除术治疗。结果:患者术后血肿清除率96.7%,术后7 d GCS评分(11.8±1.6)分,术后并发症发生率6.7%,术后GOS评分(4.3±0.9)分。结论:神经内镜下血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的综合疗效可靠,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected.All the patients were treated with hematoma clearance under neuroendoscopy.Results:The hematoma clearance rate after operation was 96.7%,the GCS score of 7d after operation was(11.8±1.6),the postoperative complication rate was 6.7%,and the postoperative GOS score was(4.3±0.9).Conclusion:Endoscopic hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is reliable and safe.
