α干扰素联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨干扰素α1b联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法:收治婴儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿108例,随机分为常规组和干扰素组。干扰素组予干扰素α1b肌注联合无乳糖奶粉喂养,常规组予普通婴儿配方奶粉喂养。结果:干扰素组腹泻治愈率80.7%,好转率15.3%;常规组治愈率44.6%,好转率44.6%。结论:干扰素α1b联合无乳糖奶粉治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著,可以缩短病程,提高治愈率,减少住院天数及减少滥用抗生素。Objective:To investigate the effect of interferonα1b combined with lactose free milk powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods:108 infants with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into the routine group and the interferon group.The interferon group was given interferonα1b intramuscular injection combined with lactose free milk powder,and the normal group was fed with ordinary infant formula.Results:The cure rate of diarrhea in the interferon group was 80.7%,and the rate of improvement was 15.3%.The cure rate of the routine group was 44.6%,and the rate of improvement was 44.6%.Conclusion:Interferonα1b combined with lactose free milk powder is effective in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in infants.It can shorten the course of disease,improve the cure rate,reduce the number of days in hospital and reduce the abuse of antibiotics.
