摘　　要：目的:探讨ATP治疗外阴白斑的疗效。方法:收治外阴白斑患者63例,随机分为对照组31例与试验组32例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,试验组给予ATP-红外生物效应治疗仪照射治疗。结果:与对照组相比,试验组患者的瘙痒症状缓解,外阴溃疡愈合,颜色恢复正常,并获得了良好的长远疗效。结论:ATP能够有效治疗外阴白斑,具有较高的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ATP in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia.Methods:63 patients with leukoplakia of vulva were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(with 31 cases)and the experimental group(with 32 cases).The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the experimental group was treated with ATP-infrared biological effect therapeutic apparatus.Results:The patient's pruritus was relieved,the vulva ulcer was healed,the color was restored to normal,and a good long-term effect was obtained.Conclusion:ATP is effective in the treatment of leukoplakia of the vulva,and has a high clinical effect.
